I highly suggest anyone looking to buy this program do a quick google search of Sixense (the company who created MakeVR). They have a well documented history of not responding to or supporting their customers, significantly overpromising on their products, and generally being a nightmare to deal with. There should be no expectation that this behavior will change. Please save your 20$

It's funny how the author of this article states about the "lesser" known company's. Companys like, LG, Panasonic, Samsung and Sharp. Is this guy for real? I can understand him saying that about OEM and Seiki but certainly not the other ones. Obviously the author only regards Sony as a well known company, give me a break.

I always recommend checking a figure with a color vision simulator. That
let's you see what your reader with any of the color deficiencies listed above will see. I use vischeck available at www.vischeck.com.

Well I'm disappointed that the studio and Natalie Portman lied about her dancing in the film. Kudos to the excellent dancer that doubled for her during the film that has gone unappreciated.

So the display runs at 360Hz, but only has to get 240Hz worth of signal because the display could presumably handle the inversion automatically? Doesn't seem too big of a challenge, and the benefits could be compelling.

I love the Powermate. I have it specifically configured to be used as a "foot button". It took some playing around with different profiles, but I've got it as good as it can be. I can rest the weight of my foot on it, and when I want to execute a mouse left click, I lift my toe up, and set it down again. Except that I can't 'click' with it while holding Shift or Control down. Neither can I 'click' with it while operating a program as an administrator.

I'm looking for a community to discuss this and other issues with the Powermate, but no luck so far. Not much of a community on this wonderful little device.

That's not remotely true or correct. Zoic did not "help build" UVS1. It's closing by the way.
